Challenge: With over 1000
reps across the country typical sales meetings did not
work as effectively as we had hoped. Issues with dropped
web presentations and sales reps failing to participate
in these events caused difficult problems. We used what
we thought was a top-conference-calling company to do
a web presentation and record the call so reps that
missed the call could participate later. Then, digital
disaster strikes. The visual web recording failed and
only the audio portion was recorded. Those who missed
the call never had a chance to view the event.
Scope of Work: The Conference
Depot rebuilt the entire web presentation and synchronized
the presentation with the audio portion that was recorded.
The solution included a full branding interface for
the company with a perfect presentation so everyone
could view the event as a complete webcast. The webcast
included the ability to ask real-time questions and
answers when monitored by the client. Registration and
the ability to monitor usage were added at no additional
charge. The rebuilding of the web presentation with
the full interface was done beautifully in a short period
of time.
Result: We now experience
100% participation in our event calls thanks to The
Conference Depot. We are creating flawless presentations
and monitor usage with registration. We can track who
listens to the complete call. Eventually 100% of the
registered target group will see the event and we will
view the results. The webcast can be viewed as a live
event or a recorded event depending on how we introduce
the presentation. Either way, the event is always perfect
since we record in advance. We love how the Conference
Depot allows us to create any type of presentation including;
video, full-branded look, registration for participants,
live monitoring of the event, Q&A, and even polling.
Challenge: We have over
500 attorneys spread out across the United States that
require on demand ability for conference calling. It

assisted help to connect all the parties and to properly
record and document those calls for future reference.

attorney and held a personal training program for those

800-number so each attorney could call and reserve an

could reserve a call and provide specific dial out information
and instructions on how they wanted the call handled.

calls for account billing both instantaneously and at

assisted calls makes it easy to organize important calls

up-to-the-minute, time-sensitive training and critical
information.
Result: Utilizing The Conference
Depot's latest webcasting technology we were able to
create a multimedia "In the Event of a Crisis"
presentation/course that would be delivered to geographically
dispersed field teams. Team members were able to view
the presentation at their own pace, download additional
course materials, and contact course developers/presenters
with queries through direct Q&A forums. In addition,
the course included testing and reporting features helping
monitor participant comprehension and progress levels.
