Challenge: Poor connections
were costing us sales. We need to make International
calls night and day and connection problems were often
an issue.
Scope of work: The Conference
Depot established an audio solution that provided the
International Trading Company access to a 24/7
live-operator help desk that would dial out and connect
International participants. We also provided an international
800 dial-in number for many of the International participants.
Easy recording/playback features were provided for those
who missed the call.
Result: We have eliminated
connection problems and solved attendance issues! We
now experience 100% participation thanks to our immediate
24/7 International connections and the ability to access
a playback recording any time. Our productivity and
importation volumes have increased 50% since implementing
the communication improvement recommendations of the
helpful people at The Conference Depot.
Challenge: We had large,
weekly operator-assisted calls that required sensitive
treatment of particular participants and special issues
that required a highly trained team of professional
moderators to conduct these calls without incident.
Scope of Work: The Conference
Depot developed an operator-assisted solution that included
a specialized team to work every week with the International
Marketing Group. We used the operator relationships
to remedy sensitive introductions and keep perfect recordings
for who ever missed the call. Some recordings were separated
out and used by the International Marketing Group
for resale.
Result: After trying different
conference calling companies and experiencing numerous
problems with different operators, everyone at IMG now
looks forward to a great call with no surprises. We
know they will be conducted by the same highly trained
group of conference operators with the competence and
technology to effectively handle our special requirements.
These calls have been responsible for increasing production
and sales over 30%.
Challenge: We provided large
sophisticated event calls that required highly trained
professional operators to help moderate conference calls
and gather needed participant information for our clients.
Many of the calls include Canadian and U.S. participants.
We also provide automated conference calling to many
Canadian and U.S. customers. We lost our Canadian provider
due to the sale of that company to another company,
which created a conflict of interest with our product
sales in respect to the new buyer. We searched very
hard for a new provider that could give us quality service
and a low rate in order to resell conference calling
at a good profit.
Scope of Work: The Conference
Depot created a special blended rate to deal with both
our U.S. and Canadian customers. This made billing simple
and extremely cost effective for the reseller. The solution
further included personal professional operators to
handle the live event productions. Special language
operators were brought in to make formal introductions
required for some of the French-Canadian event calls.
Automated calling was provided to the reseller with
blocks of activated conference numbers to allow for
instant distribution along with a generic email summary
activity report provided to each customer after every
call.
Result: After searching
and testing many conference companies for over six months,
we very are pleased we found The Conference Depot. The
people there are very helpful and capable of performing
everything we asked and more. We have rates lower than
what we had with our Canadian provider and the quality
of service is the highest level of performance we have
ever experienced or imagined.
