Do conference attendees need to download software or do anything special in order to join a conference?

No. Attendees only need to click once to join a conference after logging in. They do not need to have any special software beyond an up-to-date web browser.

Can I safely share documents with my participants?

Yes. The security built into WebPresentNow™ is very high. You can feel confident sharing your documents and confidential information from anywhere at any time.

Will this application allow me to grow the number of participants on my conferences or is it designed just for small groups?

WebPresentNow™ is extremely scalable. You can scale this application from 10, 20 or 2000 participants with no modifications in your application or its set up. Review our subscription plans for more details.

Can I record my sessions for playback later?

Yes. You can record the sessions and control the duration the session is available and who can access the recording.

Is there a way I can track who is attending the call?

Yes. Attendee registration and reporting information is a function of your dashboard control.
