Copper Conferencing offers video conferencing right from your desktop with integrated audio, web and video conferencing service. Web Visuals is an inexpensive yet powerful video conferencing option that empowers users to use video with only a web camera.

With Web Visuals, you can share a video feed, share your desktop, show presentations, collect participant feedback and archive your call for playback. It's all right there at your fingertips and at your desktop.

Web Visuals video conferencing users can add video to a meeting and transmit live video to other participants. Once the web camera is installed, live video will be displayed in the left portion of the screen on the meeting bar.

The video conferencing host has total control of the video feed and can turn it on or off based on the way they want to run their call. The status message on screen indicates On Air (transmitting video) or Off Air (not transmitting video).

Any video conferencing participant that has a web camera can also be seen in the meeting. A participant's video can be seen by clicking on the person's name on the web screen. To view a participant video, simply click Take Podium. Video can be set to automatically switch to the individual who is speaking. Participants without a web camera can see other participants' videos.

A Web Visuals video conference can be recorded and played back on your computer at any time. The video, web and audio portion of the call is automatically synchronized in the recording.
