How do I begin an On Demand International conference call?

Simply dial the toll-free number provided on your conferencing card and enter the conference ID and PIN when prompted. You can choose to begin your call when the first participant joins or only when your moderator PIN is entered.

How can I reach customer support?

If you are on a conference call, press * and 0 and an operator will come online to assist you. For general support, dial toll free: 888.273.1331 between 8:30 AM EST to 5:30 PM PST or e-mail us at support@copperconferencing.com. After hours, dial our 24 X 7 technical support team at 877.928.9400.

How do participants join my teleconferencing session?

Distribute the same toll-free number and conference ID to your meeting participants. If you have not yet entered your PIN, participants will be placed on hold until you arrive.

Do I need a reservation to begin a conference call?

No. Your moderator account is available to you at any time without advanced notice or scheduling.

How can I include international participants?

Participants can dial into U.S.-based conference calls and benefit from their local rates in major cities worldwide.

Are there any teleconferencing setup charges or cancellation fees?

Since no reservations are required for On Demand, there are no cancellation fees. There are no minimum usage fees. You pay only for what you use.

Do I need a new conference ID and PIN every time I start a new conference?

No. Once you have signed up and received your conference ID and PIN, they remain the same every time you start a conference call.

How many people can participate in an On Demand conference?

125 people can participate on the phone and thousands can listen over the web using our webcasting feature.

What if my conference call has more than 125 participants on the phone?

We offer operator assisted conferencing services to simplify and streamline your conference calls that need special attention or additional capacity. To find out more contact us at 888.273.1331.

Which features can I control using my telephone keypad?

Commands are listed on the back of your wallet card and also available in the Quick Reference Guide. From your conference call, select ** and the system will list all of the features.

Can I record a call?

You can select *2 to record your conference call. A hyperlink will be sent to you via email and the call can be played back on any computer with speakers.

How much storage space do I have for my files and recorded conferences?

Your storage space is unlimited. However, individual slide presentations must be 30 MB or smaller.

How do I start a conference over the web?

Simply go to www.copperconferencing.com and click on "Start a Meeting." You will be prompted to enter your conference ID and PIN. Access any of the menu items listed or start conferencing right away by selecting "Start Conferencing."
