What is the difference between On Demand Plus and On Demand Unlimited?
On Demand Plus is a toll free reservationless, full featured audio conferencing service that is charged under a pay-per-use model. On Demand Unlimited is a toll call reservationless, reduced feature audio conferencing service that provides for unlimited conferencing services for one fixed monthly fee.

What features are not available with On Demand Unlimited that are available with On Demand Plus?
Because of its flat rate pricing structure, On Demand Unlimited does not include toll free access, dialing out to participants, and recording for playback, or web presentation tools.

What are the benefits of On Demand Unlimited?
If already have negotiated low rates with your long distance provider and you do not require the advanced features of On Demand Plus, On Demand Unlimited can significantly reduce your costs and help to better manage your conferencing budget with a fixed monthly price.

Will On Demand Unlimited integrate with On Site Pro's phone commands?
ONo. To do that you must use On Demand Plus because of On Site Pro's advanced web collaboration features.

How many participants can be on the conference?
On Demand Unlimited offers three capacity levels to choose from — up to 25, 50 or 100 participants.

What are the prices for the three levels?
A 25 participant account is $50 per month, a 50 participant account is $100 per month and a 100 participant account is $200 per month. All of them include unlimited audio conferencing via a dial-in toll number.

Can international participants be included in my conference?
Yes, have your international participants dial-in to your audio conferencing using the toll number on your moderator card.

How can I secure the conference?
You can prevent unauthorized access by checking the number of participants on your call at any time and locking your conference call from any additional participants.

What are the equipment requirements?
On Demand Unlimited has no special equipment needs. You can access your dial-in number from any phone.
