On Demand Unlimited provides a versatile set of audio conferencing features at one low monthly fee that's easy to budget. You choose the capacity level that meets your needs. As with On Demand Plus, basic web conferencing is included at no additional cost.
This plan accommodates small companies who could not afford conferencing in the past, as well as larger companies who previously had the hassle of tracking each user's conferencing expenses. Login times, billing codes, and reconciling charges are no longer relevant. Best of all, you can conference as often and as long as you require. That's why we call it unlimited conferencing.
Capacity
- Establish your account to accommodate either 25, 50, or 125 participants
- Limit conference calls to 12 hour duration
- Mute or un-mute participants (moderator) and self (moderator and participants)
- Engage in live Q&A with participants (moderator controls it)
- Moderator takes notes online during your unlimited conference which get automatically summarized and e-mailed back after conference
- Option that controls costs by ending conference when the moderator exists
- Use of phone commands and/or web commands
- Unlimited conferencing session starts after moderator enters their PIN. Participants await on hold .
