How do participants join my
teleconferencing session? Distribute the same toll-free number
and conference ID to your meeting participants. If you
have not yet entered your PIN, participants will be
placed on hold until you arrive.
Do I need a reservation to begin
a conference call? No. Your moderator account is available
to you at any time without advanced notice or scheduling.
Are there any teleconferencing setup charges? Since no reservations are required
for On Demand, there are no cancellation fees.

Do I need a new conference
ID and PIN every time I start a new conference?
No. Once you have signed up and

to the moderator who facilitated and recorded the conference.

What are the minimum requirements
for On Demand?

Do participants need the software
that moderators are using during their presentation
to see the images presented? Participants do not need to have
any special software. Back-end processes ensure that
all participants can see the images in both live and
archived events. However, participants must have RealPlayerš
G2 or higher downloaded to access a live or recorded
webcast.
How much storage space do I
have for my files and recorded conferences? Your storage space is unlimited.
However, individual slide presentations must be 30 MB
or smaller. If you have a presentation larger than 30
MB, you can always split it into parts.
What are the teleconferencing options with On Demand? You have the option of utilizing basic teleconferencing, video teleconferencing, Internet teleconferencing, and audio teleconferencing services.
