How long does it take to set up an Operator Assisted call?
The average operator assist call set up time, from the scheduling to the execution of the conference call for Operator Assist service, is less than 15 minutes.
During what hours of operation is an operator available?
You have access 24 hours, 7 days a week access to the scheduling and execution of Operator Assisted conferencing.
Are there set up charges for an Operator Assisted teleconference?
No.
Is a managed teleconference billed according to actual usage or scheduled length?
According to usage length. We track a participant's connect and disconnect teleconferencing times.
Do you offer both dial-in and dial-out connections?
Yes. To enhance conference flexibility, we offer both.
What Operator Assisted features provide teleconferencing security?
Security features include: Password protection, moderator activated security, entry and/or exit tones, list of anticipated participants, roll call, and restriction of general groups of callers such as the press or media.
Can we extend conference time as needed if the initial reservation time is exceeded?
Provided there is available capacity, operator assisted managed teleconference calls are automatically extended by thirty minutes if they run over the scheduled conference end time.
How flexible are you in accommodating more attendees than originally reserved?
Depending upon available capacity, we can usually accommodate more conference attendees than were expected.
Can we use the same dial-in number and/or PIN for recurring meetings?
Yes.
